Barbara Mink, Founding and Artistic Director
Barbara Mink has taught oral and written communication for MBAs and Executive Coaching for EMBAs at Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management since 1986. She is also a guest lecturer on American-style presentations at ESCP-EAP in Paris, France. Mink was News Director of WHCU radio in Ithaca for eight years, and received the 1982 Associated Press Award for a program on ethics in journalism. In 1989 Mink was elected to the Tompkins County Legislature, and served as Chair of the board for five years, stepping down in 2002. She is also an active painter (www.barbaramink.com), and runs a communications consulting firm www.minkinternational.net.

Marie Sirakos, Executive Director
Marie Sirakos is a playwright, festival director, theatre artist and performer. She has worked as teaching artist for the Hangar Theatre for the past five seasons and her various theatrical projects have included work with Music's Recreation, the Johnson Museum of Art, Third Floor Productions, and the Kitchen Theatre. She is the recipient of a CAP Individual Artist Grant for playwrighting, and will participate this spring in the Kitchen Theatre's New Play Festival. Other credits include her work as Volunteer Coordinator for the Fingelakes Grassroots Festival of Music and Dance, and as Artsitic Director for Ithaca Festival 2005, "Catch the Wind."

Annette Ernste, Assistant to the Director
Annette Ernste has helped thousands of young minds discover the power of arts and intrigue of sciences as Children's Librarian and Program Director in the Rochester Regional Library System. As Program Director, Ernste's Summer Reading clubs were the most popular n the region with over 2,600 participating children, weekly performances by regional artists, and extensive community involvement. She is a seasoned storyteller, children's author and poet, has taught at the Rochester Museum and Science Center and given numerous guest appearances at area preschools, day-cares and elementary schools. Since arriving in Ithaca, she has continued her involvement with the community as volunteer storyteller at Caroline Community Library, Board Vice President of East Ithaca Preschool, and activity coordinator to her two young daughters.
